Welcome to Fish Chaser Tackle!  These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchases made from Fish Chaser Tackle.

By purchasing from this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not purchase from Fish Chaser Tackle's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

***All shipments are processed on the 1st Sunday after purchase and mailed out on the 1st Monday after purchase.  If you have any questions or would like to communicate with us, please email us at fishchasertackle@hotmail.com.  This email is monitored daily.***

 

Concerns or Complaints

If you feel all or part of your order has arrived damaged and irreparable, please be sure to follow the steps below to apply for a refund or replacement. Once we have received ALL of the requested information, your case will be reviewed within 48 hours.  If a refund or replacement is approved, you will be notified by email shortly thereafter.

1.  Within 24 hours of receipt of your package, please email 3 photos of the damaged product as described below, as well as a photo of the shipping box to fishchasertackle@hotmail.com.
2.  Please include your order number in your email.

We are not responsible for packages returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information.

We appreciate you giving us the chance to make it right!
